Kinga Głyk is considered the best Polish bass player of the new generation, and a rising star of Jazz Blues music. She started her music adventure at age 12, playing in a family band called Głyk PIK TRIO.
In June 2016, a video of Kinga playing Eric Clapton’s “Tears in heaven” was published by BASS PLAYER UNITED on Facebook, reaching 20 million views.
In an annual survey called JAZZ TOP and BLUES TOP, she was nominated in the following categories: NEW HOPE, BASSGUITAR and DISCOVERY OF THE YEAR.
